The Meaning Behind Peak
The name Peak Recruitbuzz carries a personal connection to the family behind the name. At the same time, “Peak” represents growth, progress and the ambition to keep raising the standard of recruitment support.

Why We Began
After leaving his job, Priyank Bhatt started Peak Recruitbuzz with co-founder Ekta. Recruitment was the natural first step because Priyank already understood the industry, the candidates and the challenges faced by companies. Their first client came through LinkedIn, marking the beginning of Peak Recruitbuzz’s journey in the Indian recruitment market.

The Gap We Wanted to Solve
They had seen how unclear job descriptions, unrealistic expectations, delayed feedback and incomplete communication could lead to confusion, candidate dropouts and missed opportunities. Peak Recruitbuzz was created to act as a responsible bridge between companies and candidates.

How We Work Today
Today, Peak Recruitbuzz works as a recruitment consultancy and hiring partner. We help companies clarify requirements, improve job descriptions, understand market expectations and identify suitable talent. We also guide candidates with role clarity, resume support, interview preparation and transparent feedback. Where required, we can also coordinate payroll onboarding support, offshore recruitment and background verification through trusted third-party partners.

Priyank Bhatt brings recruitment experience across India, Canada and the US market, with hiring exposure across IT, non-IT, manufacturing, BPO, sales, operations, support and administrative functions.

At Peak Recruitbuzz, he leads client discussions, onboarding, sourcing strategy, candidate negotiations, offshore recruitment and end-to-end delivery. His responsibilities also include supporting payroll coordination and core HR requirements, coordinating background verification through trusted third-party partners, and managing the recruitment team to keep delivery organised, responsive and aligned with client expectations.

Priyank was employed by Teleperformance and worked on the Google process supporting hiring and business requirements related to Google Ads and Google Cloud.
